Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-26 · Cerebro Technologies, a product of MikeNBen, LLC ("Cerebro", "we")

These terms govern your use of the Cerebro service: the web application at cerebroradar.com, the API, and the MCP (agent) endpoint (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial or subscription, or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

Cerebro aggregates public government procurement information (tender notices, contract awards, pre-tender pipelines and related funding programs) from official public sources, deduplicates it, normalizes values, and makes it searchable through the web dashboard, the API and MCP-compatible AI agents.

2. Accounts

Your account is tied to your email address. Sign-in is by single-use email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and your personal API/MCP connection link secure; anything done through them counts as done by you. One subscription covers one person's use across the web dashboard and one agent connection; it is not a site license.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

4. Acceptable use

5. The data, honestly stated

The underlying information originates from official public procurement portals. We work to keep it fresh, deduplicated and correctly normalized, and we do not guarantee it. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Currency conversions are indicative. Always verify a notice against the linked official source before acting on it; the official publication controls.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability and do not commit to an SLA. Scheduled data refreshes, maintenance and upstream source outages can interrupt parts of the Service.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost bids or missed deadlines.

8. Changes

We can update the Service and these terms. Material changes to the terms are announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. Price changes never apply retroactively to a locked founding seat while it stays active.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which MikeNBen, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts located there. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
